If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased directly from us.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • YOU means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
  • COMPANY(referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to SS Vette, Inc.
  • SERVICE refers to services offered on the website.
  • WEBSITE refers to SS Vette. Inc, accessible from
  • GOODS refers to the products offered for sale on the website.
  • ORDERS mean a request by you, to purchase goods and or services from us.


You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days of placing your order, without giving any reason for doing so.

Products that are made per order, cannot be refunded in full once production starts.

These products include, but are not limited to: Widebody Kits, Custom Wheels, Aero Accessories such as spoilers, splitters, side skirts, etc.

Orders that fall in this category will constitute a 30% cancellation fee, due to the labor involved and materials used.

There are no exceptions to this policy.


The deadline for returning an order is 3 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

If an item is damaged in return shipping, a refund or partial refund will be determined based on if the damaged accessory can be repaired at the customer’s expense for the repair, a refund will be given minus the cost of the repair. Partial retrieval tags are at the customer expense and deducted from the refund.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we received your order cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment used for the order, and no additional fees will be incurred for reimbursement.


In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The purchase was made in the last 7 days
  • The products are in the original packaging

The following goods CAN be returned, with a 30% restocking fee:

  • Products that are built-per-order, but not specific to you or your Corvette.

The following goods CANNOT be returned:

  • Goods that are custom made to your specifications or products clearly personalized for you

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.


All returns require an RMA number issued by one of our support team members.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.


If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
